Robert Urban Apodaca

Robert Urban Apodaca, 63 passed away peacefully on January 11, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Adolfo Apodaca and Rosina Apodaca from Santa Fe, NM and Grandson, Nicholas Paul Apodaca from Espanola, NM. He is survived by his Sons, Robert Apodaca and wife Catherine from Espanola, Christopher Apodaca and wife Viorica from Santa Fe, NM, Daughter, Michelle Apodaca and Husband Alex from Albuquerque, NM., Sisters, Cindy Armijo and Companion Ernest from Santa Fe, NM., Marsha Saiz and Fiance Michael from Santa Fe/Albuquerque, NM. Brothers, Don and Ron Apodaca from Glorieta, NM., Grandchildren, Marysa, Dominic, Santiago, Sebastian, Destiny, Alex Jr., and numerous Nieces and Nephews. Robert loved being outdoors in the Pecos wilderness fishing and picking pinon. He enjoyed working on a variety of arts and crafts projects. He loved his family very much. He also enjoyed spending time with his two best buddies, his dogs, Lucky and Papas. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, January 17, 2019, 6:00 PM at Rivera Family Funeral Home Kiva Chapel of Light, Santa Fe, NM. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019, 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (small chapel, in front located by Our Lady Shrine), 417 Agua Fria St. Santa Fe, NM 87501. Interment will follow Funeral Mass at Rosario Cemetery North side, 499 N. Guadalupe, Santa Fe, NM. A reception will be held after the burial at the Fraternal Order of The Eagles, 833 Early St. Santa Fe, NM. The family of Robert Urban Apodaca has entrusted the care of their loved one to the Rivera Family Funeral Home and Crematory, Espanola, NM.
