Ronald Edward Valdez

RONALD "RONNIE" VALDEZ Age 58, went to be with our Lord on June 27, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Orlando Valdez. Ronnie enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing the Pecos River, Harley Davidson's, sports, the casino, and a cold beer. He had a special love for his great nieces: Shylah, Briella, and "Little Love". He is survived by his beloved mother, Dora Montoya; beloved sister, Janet Romero and husband Chris; brother; Leroy Valdez and wife Yvonne; his nieces and nephews: Jessica (Allen), Matthew (Tara), Jennifer (Gabe), James (Nicole), Monique, Shantelle; great nieces and great nephews; Uncle Bernie Valdez; Aunts: Mary Naranajo, Rose Medrano (Tony), Isabel Navarro (Chino), Vangie Wells, Judy Larranaga; many cousins, other relatives and numerous friends. Serving as Pallbearers will be Leroy Valdez, Matthew Valdez, Chris Romero, James Romero, Anthony Larranaga and Gabe Cordova. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, 6pm followed by a Rosary 7pm at the Kiva Chapel of Light at the Rivera Family Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 30, 2016, 11am at Santa Maria de la Paz with burial to follow at Rosario Cemetery.
