Rose Cordova

Rose Cordova, 74, of Santa Fe, passed away on September 21, 2010. She was born on November 23, 1935 in Rowe, NM to Urbano and Bernadina Martinez. She married her husband, Alan Cordova, on July 28, 1972 in Santa Fe, NM. She is preceded in death by her parents Urbano and Bernadina Martinez, brothers, Joe and Max Martinez, sister, Flora Hampshire, and her loving husband who cared for her up until his own death in 2008, Alan Cordova. She is survived by her brothers, Robert Martinez (Betty), Bernie Martinez (Mattie), Pat Martinez, Urbano Martinez Jr. (MaryAnn), sisters, Angie Martinez, Eliza M. Romero (Max), Tita Herrera, nephews, Fred Romero(Caroline), Chris Romero, niece, Gina Trujillo, dear friend, Nancy Ellin all from Santa Fe, NM and many other nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. A special Thank You to Santa Fe Care Center and Amber Care Hospice for their support and loving care. A Rosary was recited September 24, 2010 at the Rivera Family of Santa Fe Funeral Options Chapel. Interment followed at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
