Rosemary Rachelson, a beautiful soul, was born December 12, 1949 in a small town in southern Mississippi. She lived in Mississippi until the age of twelve when she moved to Buffalo, New York. Rosemary was a unique, gorgeous, generous, and independent woman that put herself through college to become an occupational therapist. Those that knew and loved her remember that she always put her needs a distant second to those she cared about. Just to meet her and talk to her was to fall in love with her. She met the love of her life, Herb Rachelson, in 1972. She is survived by her children Joanna, Josh and Simone, grandchildren Josiah and Elijah, husband Herbert Rachelson, mother Mattile Clark, sisters Sand and Mary Clark, and brother Lee Cadney. She passed peacefully on 12/23/2015 surrounded by family and friends. It was an honor to know and adore her. We will sorely miss her. The family would like to thank all those who came by to show support in her last days.
A Memorial will be held 4pm Friday, January 1st at Taos Country Club. Arrangements by Rivera Family Funeral Home.
