Rosita Bustos

Mrs. Rosita Bustos, age 102 of Torrance, CA. died peacefully on Saturday June 16, 2012. She was born in Chamita to the late Gabriel and Catarina Pacheco in 1910, and was a longtime resident of Ranchitos prior to moving to California. Rosita is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jose H. Bustos, 5 sons: Luis, Augustine, Jerry, Cipriano and Junior Bustos, and 2 daughters: Eulalia and Catherine Martinez. She is survived by her daughters, Merlene Martinez and husband Silviano and Ramona Vigil and husband David, all of California, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, other nieces, nephews and relatives. A visitation and rosary were held on June 21, 2012 in the chapel of Rivera Family Funeral Home in Espanola. The Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on June 22, 2012 at La Iglesia De Santa Cruz De La Canada. Interment followed at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Santa Cruz. Pallbearers: Lawrence, Lorenzo, Archie, Cippie, Johnny, and Joseph Bustos.
