Ruth Tamez Mascarenas

Ruth Tamez Mascarenas, 69, of Penasco passed away on July 22, 2014. She is preceded in death by parents, Alfredo and Claudina Martinez, infant daughter, Christina, grandson, Jonathon Mascarenas, brothers and sisters, Ernesto and Isadia Martinez and Susie Medina. She is survived by her children, Kathy Mascarenas (Patrick) of Penasco, Moises Mascarenas, Francina Riley (Randy) of Tooela, UT, Chistina Mascarenas (Monico) of Toole, UT, 10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, brothers and sisters, Estella McEwen, Anita Sandoval (Pedro), Archie Martinez, Teodoro Martinez, Mary Martinez, Elias Martinez, many other relatives and friends. Rosary and funeral mass were held on July 26, 2014 at San Antonio de Padua Catholic church in Penasco with interment following at the Placitas Cemetery.
