Sally Ann Gallegos

Sally Ann Gallegos, age 54 a resident of Espanola, NM passed away after a short illness on Saturday, March 18th in Albuquerque, NM. Sally was born May, 30, 1962 in Delta, Colorado to Elizaida Sally and Paul Quintana. On June 16, 1984 Sally Ann Quintana and Gary Gallegos, Sr. were joined in Holy Matrimony in Espanola, NM. Sally was preceded in death by, grandson, Jaiden A. Gallegos of Rio Rancho, NM; her father, Paul D. Quintana of La Puebla, NM; father-in-law, Tony Gallegos of Santa Cruz, NM; sister, Melissa Jane Quintana of Espanola, NM; and a brother, Donald J. Quintana of Espanola, NM. Sally is survived by her loving husband, Gary Gallegos, Sr; son, Gary Gallegos, Jr. and wife Vanessa Gallegos of Rio Rancho, NM; son, Christopher P. Gallegos of Espanonla, NM; grandchildren, Monique, Christina and David Olivarez of Rio Rancho, NM; beloved mother, Elizaida Sally Quintana of Espanola, NM; sisters, Pauline Stephens of Albuquerque, NM and Darlene Sandoval and husband Frank of Espanola, NM; mother-in-law, Charlotte Gallegos of Santa Cruz, NM; brothers, Jeff Quintana and Leonard Quintana, Sr. of Espanola, NM; sister-in-laws, Theresa Brionis of El Paso, TX and Diana Lopez and husband Michael of San Antonio, TX; nephews, Dennis Salazar, Leonard Quintana, Jr and Alex Quintana of Espanola, NM; neices, Jaclyn Stephens, Brandi and Jordan Quintana, Ashton Garcia and Claudia Brionis of Espanola, NM. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held this Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from 5PM - 9PM where a Rosary will be prayed at 7PM at Rivera Family Funeral Home of Espanola. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 11AM at the Santa Cruz Catholic Church, Santa Cruz, NM. Burial will follow in the Santa Cruz Catholic Cemetery.
