Salomon Sena

Salomon Sena, 76, of Santa Fe passed away at home peacefully, November 7, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. His passion was camping, hunting and fishing with his family and friends. His pride and joy were his children and grandchildren. Special thanks to all that visited with him during his courageous battle with cancer. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Natividad and Sarah P. Sena. Sisters: Socorro, Juanita and Inez. Brothers: Antonio, Alfonso, Eddie, Ernesto and Eloy. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Pauline and his children Lawrence, Kathleen & Ted, Theresa Victoria & Leonard, Jose, Sarah, and Dennis. Grandchildren: Chris & Allyson, Paul & Allyson, Melissa, Carolyn, Salomon & Stephanie, Perla, and Estrella. Great Grandchildren: Aubrey, Brody, Jennifer, EmmaMari, Kyle, Jada and Demetri. Brothers: Leo (Gina) Sena, Rudy Sena and his sister Helen Angel. Salomon was loved by all and had many friends and very close bonds with several of his nieces and nephews. Daniel, Erica, Monique and Dennis adopted “Grampo” and he embraced them as is own. Public Visitation will be at 6 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 7 p.m. on Monday, November 14, 2016 at Rivera Family Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Santa Maria De La Paz Catholic Church. Interment to follow at the Galisteo Cemetery, Galisteo, NM.
