Salvador Olonia

Salvador Sal Olonia, 27 of El Prado passed away on December 2, 2008. He was a great athlete, lover of nature and animals, an avid reader with a gentle soul and a wonderful sense of humor. Sal enjoyed acting which he performed in college. He also was a creative and and talented cook. He will be greatly missed by many people. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Hester Bailey and Maria and Flavio Olonia. He is survived by his mother, Amanda Bailey, father, Dennis Olonia, sister, Maya Olonia, step sisters, Sara and Liz Blankenhorn and many other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations can be made to the Four Corners Animal League or the non-profit of your choice. A medical fund has been established at Peoples Bank in Taos, Acct. #72206462. Rosary was recited on December 6, 2008 at Rivera Chapel. Memorial service was held on December 7, 2008 at the Old Blinking Light.
