Sara Ortiz was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico December 8th, 1947. Her parents Precillano and Epimenia Salazar predeceased her along with her husband Gilbert Ortiz and her grandsons; Anthony, Matthew Anaya, her granddaughter; Maria Baca her brother Precillano Salazar and her sisters Vitalia Maestas & Rose Gallegos. Sara joined our beloved father August 29th, 2021. Sara passed peacefully in the comfort of her own home. Sara was a remarkable woman, she believed in the power of prayer, she always offered positive words of wisdom. One of Sara’s favorite expression and answer for everything was, “leave it to God and he will help you”, “prayer is powerful it does wondrous and generous things in every situation”. Sara lived a very fulfilled life with her loved ones. Sara was a hero, a terrific role model, her morals, ethics, religious beliefs made her the fantastic person everyone got to know and love. Sara was truly an angel sent from God and she will be sincerely missed and carried within our hearts for our remaining days. We all hope we are lucky enough one day to be embraced with her presence in the kingdom of God.
