Shawn Quintana Romero

Shawn Quintana Romero, 38, of Arroyo Seco passed away November 1, 2009. He was a 1989 graduate of Taos High School and attended the Job Corps Culinary Arts Program in Albuquerque and Roswell. Shawn loved the art of his profession as a Chef. He was currently working at the Angel Fire Resort. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Alex and Olivia Quintana and Joe Romero, aunt, Kathy Martinez, uncles, A. Jay Quintana and Robert Romero. He is survived by son, Shawn Marquez Romero and his mother, Angela Marquez, parents, Dan and Renee Romero, brother Daniel Romero (Nicole), sister, Stephanie Romero and grandmother, Eliza Romero, niece, Savannah Romero and nephew, Daniel Romero, Jr., aunts Lisa Bailon (Patrick) and Fabiola Gutierrez and many other relatives and friends. Public Visitation was held on November 4, 2009 at Rivera Chapel. Rosary was recited on November 4, 2009 at Holy Trinity Church in Arroyo Seco. Funeral mass was held on November 5, 2009 at Holy Trinity Church with interment following at the Arroyo Seco Cemetery.
