Stephen Bard

DR. STEPHEN T. BARD. 78, of Santa Fe, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2011 following an extended illness. He served with the U.S. Air Force from March1951 through July of 1952. Mr. Bard received his Doctorate Degree from Colorado State University, then worked throughout the United States and the Middle East He is survived by his wife, Millie Bard of Santa Fe; his son, Stephen Bard and wife Monica of Buffalo, NY; his daughter, Suzanne Bradley Tyler and husband Nicholas of Sunnyvale, CA; three grandchildren, Shawn and Matthew Bard, and Philip Tyler. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on October 13, 2011 in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi. Interment with full military honors followed at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. His family has requested in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be directed in his name to the Marine Memorial Association, 609 Sutter Street, San Francisco, CA 94102
