Stephen Wayne Csurbak, III, 58, of Taos passed away on May 05, 2006. He is preceded in death by his father, Stephen Csurbak, Jr. and sister, Sandra Steinitz. He is survived by his wife, Frances V. Csurbak, children, Dawn Garvey (Sean) of Tempe, AZ, Stephen Csurbak, IV (Tamara) of Englishton, NJ, Melanie Csurbak and Marcy Csurbak both of Taos, mother, Teresa Csurbak, sisters, Theresa Tedesco (Duke) and Nancy Reid (James) both of Englishton, NJ, grandchildren, Brianna Csurbak, Wyatt Csurbak, Danielle Garvey and Agelita Abeyta. Rosary and funeral mass were held on Monday, May 08, 2006 at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church.
