Steve Maes

Steve A. Maes, 41, of Santa Fe, was called to be with our Lord on Monday, May 29, 2017. He was born October 19, 1975, the son of Felix and Connie Maes. Preceded in death by his grandparents Herman & Margaret Montoya, Luis and Lucia Maes. Steve was a devoted father to Stephen & Amaris Maes; brother to David Maes(Marlene), Amanda Maes Cordova (Jon). Nephews: David Maes Jr, Donald Maes & numerous uncles, aunts, cousins & friends. He was a long time city of Santa Fe employee at the convention center. He loved his job, fishing, riding his motorcycle, trike, his newly refurbished 1959 Impala, and his black monster truck (stone cold) Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Friday, June 2, 2017 at Rivera Family Kiva Chapel, where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm Friday, June 2, 2017. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 am Saturday, June 3, 2017 at St. Anne Catholic. Church Interment will follow at Agua Fria Cemetery.
