The best place to start is at the beginning. Our dad and mom shared a special love for 68 plus years. He was a US Marine Sargent and she was a young lady living in Pecos. The 1st time he met her he told her, he was going to marry her, she replied "No I am not". Well the charming young Marine did marry the young lady from Pecos and every morning good or bad he told her "I love you".

Our dad enjoyed many things in life. He's last 30 years were hard for a man who was always going 100 miles an hour and didn't know the words "slow down". His love of cars, especially those Cadillacs. He would come home and boldly announce "guess what I bought", we knew we had a new car.

Music was second nature to our dad. If you were around our dad then you were around Music. It didn't matter, country, spanish, gospel, pop or even a little rock. Then there were his tools. Tools were his hobby if you could say that. Even the last 30 years when it was difficult for him he would go to Harbor Freight to buy a tool and dream how he was going to fix something for my mom. He loved going hunting from the very 1st trip to the Rowe Mesa to those last few hunting trips to Prather and Graveyard Canyons and all those deer and turkey.

Dad you shared your love for music with us. We smile when we think of all the laughter you brought into our lives. We spent many summers drinking coffee and having conversations on the back porch. Your love for your family never wavered. You will be greatly missed. Our hearts will

never be the same.

We will honor his legacy by sharing the stories of his life. My dad is resting now, his family will continue to love and remember him.
