Teodora Vigil

Teodora Vigil, 94, of Taos passed away on January 21, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband, Juan B. Vigil, parents, Maclovia Martinez and father, Juan Cacias, sons, Roy and Teofilo Vigil, 5 grandsons and son in-law, Fred Cata. She is survived by her children, Dolores Cata, Esther Cordova (Johnny), Roland Vigil, (Mitzi), Henry Vigil (Joyce), Rachel Trujillo (Bernie), Patsy Kittridge (Thomas), Rose Maestas (Eltin), Kathy Appel (John), Anthony Vigil (Candi), numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren. She left us in the early morning when softly came the dawn and though she told us all goodbye, it’s hard to believe she is gone. She left us weeping, lonely and with aching hearts; but we know the angels are keeping her where sweet joys will never depart. In our hearts her memory lingers sweetly, tender, fond and true. There is not a day dear mother, that we do not think of you. The Teodora Vigil family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to all who were there to comfort the family before and after her passing. Thanks for all the calls and contributions.
