Terry Parker

Terry Parker, age 73, died on Monday, April 3rd, 2023 at Kingston Memory Care in Santa Fe, NM after a lengthy illness.

Terry Ray Parker was born on May 11, 1949 to Cooper and Ina Faye (Bell) Parker in Brady, TX. He graduated from Brady High School in 1967. He completed his Bachelor's Degree at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX and a Master’s Degree from the University of Texas in Austin, TX. He was a high school math teacher in Houston, TX for many years until his retirement in 2010.

Upon retirement he moved to Santa Fe, NM and resided at Sand River Cohousing. He was a member of Holy Faith Episcopal Church in Santa Fe where he sang in the choir. He enjoyed listening to classical music, weaving and spending time with his friends. Terry will be remembered as a very kind and gentle person.

Terry is preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Joann Dukes. He will be buried at Resthaven Cemetery in Brady, TX.
