Thomas Tom Chavez

Tom Chavez, 52, of El Prado passed away on December 19, 2014. He is preceded in death by his father, Adelmo Thomas Chavez. He is survived by his mother, Mercedes Chavez, siblings, Lorraine Joanna Silva, Yolanda Chavez and Victor Chavez (Debbie), nieces and nephews, Sonya Chavez, Roseanna Chavez, Jennifer Silva, Melissa Chavez, Lester Silva and Victoria Chavez, great nephews and nieces, numerous uncles, aunts, other relatives and friends. Rosary was recited on December 22, 2014. Funeral mass was held on December 23, 2014. Both were held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church with interment following at the Arroyo Hondo Community/Rael Cemetery with a meal following at the Arroyo Hondo Community Center.
