Trinidad Martinez

Ms. Trinidad Martinez age 90 of Chimayo died peacefully on Thursday November 22, 2007. She was born in Chimayo on October 4, 1917 to the late Jose and Seferina Martinez. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers; Frank and Calletano Martinez, three sisters; Solome Vargas, Leonarda Raymond and Ramoncita Espinoza, sister in law; Stephanita Martinez, brother in laws; Juan E. Martinez, Elojio Vargas and Carmen Espinoza. She is survived by her sister Evangelina Martinez of Chimayo, sister in law Audelia Martinez of Chimayo and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Recitation of the Rosary will be held on Sunday November 25th at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary, the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 2:00 pm at Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayo, interment will be at Dolores Cemetery adjacent to the church.
