Tuktak Tohama

Tuktak O. Tohama, 79, Mr. Tohama crossed over February 2, 2019. Tuk was a storyteller, a writer, and a local sage. Through his many sweat lodges, he offered prayers, blessings, and comfort for locals and visitors alike. During his stay at Taos Living Center, he provided help, comfort, and humor to both residents and staff. We will remember his motto, “Walk in a good way.” He is survived by many acquaintances and friends, especially his sister friends, Carolyn Reese and Susan Simms. A memorial will be held at Taos Living Center on Monday, February 11 at 1:30 pm. Arrangements by Rivera Family Funeral Home, Taos.
