Veronica B. Cordova

Veronica B. Cordova, of Taos passed away at home surrounded by her loved ones and husband on July 7, 2010. She is preceded in death by grandmother, Teodora Tafoya, niece, Lisa Chavez and brother in-law, Joe Cordova. She is survived by her husband, Herbert Cordova, children, Stephanie Martinez (Gil Casados), Deserae Cordova (Andrew Garcia), Herbert Cordova Jr. (Iesha Maestas), grandchildren, Miranda and Ariana Ortega, Alessandra and Ryan Garcia, Santiago Casados, baby Luciano Cordova, father, Abel Salazar, mother, Betty Salazar-Vasquez (Procopio), sisters and brothers, Yolanda Chavez, Alex, Yvonne, Cathy and Francisco Salazar and many other relatives and friends. Rosary was recited on July 12, 2010 at 7 PM at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church. Funeral mass was held on July 13, 2010 at San Francisco Church with interment following at the Placitas Cemetery in Penasco.
