Victor Macias

Victor T. Macias, 93, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2015 in Santa Fe, NM. Victor was born in Sopris, CO to Petra Almaguer and Joe Macias, Sr. Victor was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Jennie, Ruth, Helen, Mary, Joe, Anthony and Bobby and his loving wife of 68 years, Mary. Victor is survived by his sons, David (Josie), James (Jayme), Patrick (Cynthia Porras), Daniel (Angela), his eight grandchildren, Thomas Luke, Ryan, Victoria, Britney, Zachary, Miguel, Tyler and Jayden and special nephews Anthony (Gloria), Joe and Leo. Victor was also a proud WWII veteran. The family wishes to thank everyone at Kingston and Heritage Hospice, especially Hans, for their loving support and care. Pallbearers will be Victoria Macias and Britney Macias. Honorary Pallbearers will be Thomas Luke Macias, Ryan Macias, Zachary Macias, Miguel Macias, Tyler Macias and Jayden Macias. A rosary will be recited on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 9:00 am at Santa Maria de la Paz. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am at Santa Maria de la Paz with a reception following. Burial will be at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 pm.
