Vincent Anthony Anchondo

December 08, 1971 – January 14, 2024

Vincent Anchondo, beloved son, brother and uncle went to be with the Lord on Sunday January 14, 2024. 

Vince was a lifelong resident of Santa Fe, NM.  He was a bright and lovable person and friend to many that he encountered daily.  He attended DeVry Institute of Technology as well as ITT Technical Institute. He excelled in the trades, and his clients loved his impeccable work as pride of craftsmanship was evident.  He used his skill as a jack of all trades to help his mother or anyone else with odd jobs around the house. He had a keen sense of humor and a great love for animals, especially his late Jack Russell Terrier “Chico”.  He was a Harley Davidson enthusiast, and loved to spend his time on his motorcycle on the open road. He was also a lifelong fan of the Raiders.   

Vince is survived by his loving parents Tessie and Enrique Anchondo, his sister Lisa Harrison (Ernie), nieces Lucia and Carena Harrison and nephew Adrian Harrison.    He also leaves behind many uncles, aunts, cherished cousins and childhood friends. 

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Rivera Family Funerals and Cremations.  Church services will take place at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.  The celebration of Vince’s life will begin with a rosary at 12:00pm, followed by a mass at 12:30pm.  Interment will follow at Rosario Cemetery at 2:00pm.  The family would like to express their deepest gratitude during this difficult time.  Thank you for the prayers, mass offerings, food, flowers, visits and phone calls.
