Courtesy Announcement Walter B. Stroop, Age 48 a resident of Ohkay Owingeh passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2018. Walter is survived by his son Walter N. Stroop III, his mother, Rose Salazar, Brothers Michael and Anthony Stroop. Special Niece and Nephews Norma Barela, James Barela, Aaron and Adrian Stroop. Godsister, Ceanna Gallegos, Great Niece and Nephew, Albert Jr. and Penelope Rodriguez. Numerous Aunts, Uncles and many other loved ones. A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, December 4, 208 a 6:00 PM at the family residence on State Rd. 74, House 1199, Ohkay Owingeh, NM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, at 9:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic church in Ohkay Owingeh, NM. burial will follow at the Ohkay Owingeh Cemetery.
